I am a Teaching/Research Assistant at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science , Washington State University in Pullman. I received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey and I'm continuing my Ph.D. studies in Computer Science at WSU. My research interests include bioinformatics, computational biology, algorithm development, mathematical modeling and machine learning. I am a founding member of Society for EECS Grad Students (SEGS).
