Nirmalya Roy

Nirmalya Roy is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sceince at Washington State University. He is a faculty member associated with CASAS Smart Home Project at Washington State University. Prior to that, he worked as a Research Scientist at Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Singapore from 2010 to 2011. He was as a postdoctoral fellow in Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at The University of Texas at Austin from 2008 to 2009. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2008 and 2004 respectively. He did his Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University, India in 2001.
