The game features 76 of the cards from the original UNO game.
The objective of this game is to beat the AI by being the first player to empty your entire deck.
Both you and the AI will be dealt 7 shuffled cards. You will be able to see your hand, but not the AI's on the screen.
In the middle, the right side will form the draw pile -- any card not given to either the AI or player originally will be placed here. The left side will form the discard pile -- when cards are played, they will be placed in the discard pile.
The AI will first place a card down. You must match the card shown face up on the discard pile by number or color. For example, if the card is a blue 9, then you must match that with either a blue card with any number, or a card with the number 9 and any color.
If you don't have a card that matches, you must draw one from the draw pile. You will keep drawing until you can get a card, or until you reach the edge of the screen. At that point, you will not be able to pick a valid card and must restart. (This is a current limitation of the software and had there been more opportunity to work on all of the individual quirks, this would not be intentional.)
In traditional UNO, you have to yell "UNO" when you have one card remaining in your deck. This game does not have an UNO button or function to press when you reach one card. As such, this rule does not apply to this game.
Once either the AI or player have no cards left, the corresponding entity will win the game. You will see the hands for 5 seconds, then the game will close.
We hope you enjoy the game! We wish you the best on beating the AI!
