Miya Matthild Schneider, our daughter, bottom left in ancient family photo. The picture above was taken when Miya was about three and a quarter years old. She and our son Henry are half Japanese, one quarter Icelandic, one quarter Germanic, entirely cute (at least at that age), and generally great kids.
