Our Research
The Systems-on-Chip (SoC) Lab addresses key challenges in microelectronics at the intersection of devices, circuits, signal processing, communications, and algorithms. We pursue convergent research that blends electrical and computer engineering with statistics and physics. Our current focus spans antenna-RF interfaces, analog/mixed-signal processing, ultra-low-power electronics, and wideband radio front-end transceivers for communication systems operating across diverse bandwidths, scales, and temperatures. We specialize in the modeling, design, and silicon implementation of energy-efficient transceiver architectures, cryogenic CMOS, and heterogeneous SoC platforms.
